and presented in Holy Trinity church. Guest speakers Rt. Hon Alan Johnson
M.P. and the Bishop of Hull, the Right Reverend Alison
White. The music being presented is based on slavery including plantation
songs.
Commences 7.30pm.
Priory Park Singers are delighted that Hull's Diva Sharon Nicholson-Skegg has accepted our invitation to sing a solo at this concert and will be accompanied by another well known Hull pianist and musician Dorcas Leather.
Profits
from this concert are being donated to the Wilberforce
museum to help pay for the conservation of many historical books. |

Park Singers to perform a Concert
Gary Barlow has done it and now it is our turn. The Priory Park Singers supported by The Parisi String Quartet invite you to a splendid night of various and popular music for your entertainment. At the end of the concert we will perform Rule Brittania and Elgars Pomp and Circumstance as our tribute to Her Majesty the Queens Jubilee celebrations.
The concert will be held in the St Nicholas Church Hall. Pickering Road/Hessle High Road Junction. Hull on Friday the 20th July 2012 commencing 7.30 pm
The ticket price is £7.00 per head including refreshments and tea or coffee. A 10% reduction will be deducted on the sale of 5 or more tickets.
