A musical evening brought together the Isle Of Axholme Orchestra on the South Bank and the Priory Park Singers on the North Bank of the Humber to perform a wonderful programme of music:-

'A RUSSIAN SPECTACULAR'.

The Ladies of the choir sang Legend (Once, long ago in Nazareth) and the Men sang the Song of the Volga Boatmen.

The Orchestra and Choir were joined by the  very accomplished and well known solo pianist Isobel Paris who played the Scriabin Piano Concerto.

Rain did not deter members, at a recent car boot sale, from raising funds to support the choir.

Alan Edgar (Flute) and  Judy  Lloyd (Soprano) performed solos at the recent concert in aid of the St Nicholas Community Hall Fund.
